Answer is that it is a security thing.  They require that you to set up a bios administrator password first.  GUEST has the ability to do this.  Then the rest of the options will be enabled.

 

I have an 8770W and had same issue.

Hi, I have the same problem with my Hp probook4530s, and i did download biosConfigUtility.

 I don't know wich command u r talking about.Pleas can u help me
