How can I identify which drivers to download for my laptop?

Hello crDesOrmeaux, welcome to the HP Forums.

 

You would need to know your Notebooks product number. With that you can go to this page to look up the drivers available for your Notebook. Which you need depends on what you're trying to do. 

 

You may also use the HP Support Assistant to update drivers on your Notebook.
