How can I match (via CT number) a laptop power charger to its original laptop? I am asking this because recently a couple of power chargers got exchanged instantly with the same model laptops,  now I don't know which charger belongs to which laptop.

It would be appreciated if you would make the following sentence a bit more understandable.

"I am asking this because recently a couple of power chargers got exchanged instantly with the same model laptops,  now I don't know which charger belongs to which laptop."

If it is the identical model and product number, it does not make any difference.

Check the voltage and power specs on the label of the powret adapter.

Use the HP PartSurfer to find the HP part number for the power adapter that belongs to the notebook.

we have exchanged same model laptop chargers, and while raising cases with HP they match CT number and due to exchange we cannot raise a case for charger issues.
