Hi @enlightlanka,
Thank you for posting. I have read your post, and I understand that you want to enable the secure boot on your laptop. I wanted to help you.
What is the version of Windows originally installed on your laptop? Secure boot is enabled by default on computers that were manufactured with Windows 8 and 10.
Below is a document you can review for secure boot:
HP PCs - Secure Boot (Windows 10)
Let me know any problem during the process of enabling secure boot.

Hi @enlightlanka,
Thank you for replying. I would recommend you to contact Microsoft Support for setting up the environment since you have the retail version of Windows installed.
