Hi Mitulpatel,
To make it work - Your software is called HP YouCam
Start > type / search "youcam" > Click on it to start it
You might be able to Right-Click on it to Send it to your Desk top and make a shortcut...

You can use your Webcam with Skype - you just need an account (free) and someone else with their own free Skype account. Magic. Enjoy.
Hint: Be sure to set up your Skype account Options with "people in my Contact list only" - everywhere, in all the options, so you don't have "Skype" stalkers. You will want to learn to "block" people, too.
