hi, 

i remove batter and there are sim slot i put my sim card from mobile router (in mobile router this card works ok), and i can't configure connection in win 8.1 .

how check this slot ? if open i found huwai mu736 modem inside.

if try connect get 

i have in manager ports/hp mobile broadband 3g aplication interface and pc ui

 

error 651 e

I understand that you are getting an error 651 with your Sim card on your HP ProBook 650 G1Notebook PC. Your ProBook is a Business computer and you would get the best answer to your questions on the Commercial forums. You can post your questions here at the HP Enterprise Business Community.

 

In the meantime, here is the HP ProBook 650 G1 Notebook PC support page that may have a solution for you. I am also including the video for Error 651 that explains how to clear this error.
