Hello, in my HP notebook ( windows 10)  at disk 😧 I have 13Gb preinstalled RECOVERY folder, in which I cannot get inside to see what files are there (separately).

I would like to save from D:recovery  some of the preinstalled drivers and programs to use them in future with other OS.

How can I get inside this D:Recovery to have access to inner files separately?

Hope on your support,

thanks in forward.

@aventecho,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you want to know if you can copy some of the preinstalled drivers and programs to use them in future with other OS.

This option is not available. However, you may create a recovery on a USB drive.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Creating and Using a Microsoft Recovery USB Drive (Windows 10)

You have a good day ahead.
