How do you disable the touch pad for the EliteBook 840. I have looke dat dozens of posts and could not find the answer anywhere. i do not have a device tab in mouse properties. Double tap in upper left hand corner does not work. There is no button to disable by the touch pad.

Hi @quemoney,
Thanks for your message about needing assistance with the Elitebook 840 and needing to disable the touchpad.
Here is a link to Touchpad troubleshooting. The section marked Disabling the TouchPad will show you how to do this.
