Have you tried tapping F10 key immediately after powering on?

Thanks, that got me into the bios and Virtual Technonlgy is turned on but I can't get a older "Auto Sketch" program to load. I put the CD in the tray, the Autosketch  window pops up and I click on Install. The window dissapears and nothing happens. The program was installed on another hard drive wit Windows 7 PRO, the drive failed and I installed a new one and installed Windows 7 Ultimate. And now it won't work. Got any suggestions.

I think I just found the reason why the older Auto sketch won't work on this computer. This computer runs 64bit and the Auto Sketch requires 32 bit.  Now I need to find out how to step back and run on 32 bit, if I can.

HP Recommended

You will need to do a fresh install and choose 32bit.
