How do I open the camera shutter on a hp spectre convertible 14-ea0xxx?

What do you mean SHUTTER ? Is it the plastics cover ? If yes please use your finger(s) to slide it to right or left. To right is on my machine.

Hi Banhien,

 

Ther appears to be no physical slide to open the shutter. I've checked the privacy button and it is off, so the camera should be functioning.

 

Is there another solution?
