I'm having a hard time with saving pictures directly to my laptop. It keeps telling my I need administrator's permission. I have tried to change this, but I can't seem to fix this. I was able to before I changed my operation system to Windows 10. My only possible way to save pictures is directly to removable storage, but I don't want this.

Hi @A_Champlin,
Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community!
I came across your post about the Notebook, and wanted to assist you! I would be happy to assist if needed as there are many models of HP Notebooks, I would need the model number.
How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
In the meantime, you could try:
1. Right click the folder that you are saving the Picture to.
2. Click Properties.
3. Click the Security tab
4. Click the Advanced" button.
5. Click Change to you.
Please let me know.
Thanks.
