Laptop 2000-2B19WM
Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

I had a problem with my laptop, and i went to a place to fix it, they change the hard disk so they erase the original windows and remplace it with another with another license, and i went to Windows Shop and they told me that i need the product's password to get my old windows because i only have the poduct ID and they told me i can find the password at the HP support but i don't see an opsion here to talk to a supporter.

No all of these people are wrong. Windows 8/8.1 needs no Key Code. The license code is embedded in the BIOS. Windows 8/8.1 will automatically activate but you must install exactly the version which shipped with the laptop.

HP also likely still has recovery disks for your laptop available to purchase for a nominal fee.
