I previously set the hp coolsense to off and now i am trying to turn it on it turns on but i open it again it is at the off position only

Hi:

 

See if this newer HP Command Center app from the Microsoft Store works for your notebook.

 

It is an improved 'Coolsense-type' app.

 

HP Command Center - Microsoft Store Apps

 

If it does, you can uninstall the HP Coolsense app.
