See pp. 20 and 50 of this Manual:

Service Manual

It is just held on with plastic tabs/clips and if more than one of those got broken when it just popped off it will not be easy to reseat it. Superglue might work in a pinch but you would have to be super careful not to get any on the screen. I would avoid Superglue, actually.

Is the base not sticked with glue cause i was not able to remove it was very tightly held ,should i replace the entire bezel for repairing or is there any alternative

There is a skill to it in getting the plastic clips unsnapped. What condition is it in now? Is the bezel removed? You seemed to suggest it is off the laptop and you want to get it back on. Is it obviously damaged (clips snapped off?)

I did not remove ,it was off the screen at the hinge my friend told that there was a screw fixing it in the hinge i am not understanding what was the problem but i was not able to open and close the lid as it may become largeIMG_20170514_214253.jpg

Well you may have more going on than you think like maybe hinge problems. You want to get this thing to a technician who can look at it and figure out the problem.

I am going to escalate this and see if the HP folks can maybe reach out to you.
