Hey there,
Welcome to the HP Forums.
I would suggest trying this document 'Setting up the HP Cloud Drive'. I am not certain as to the status of the service. Can you please let me know if this works.
Regards.

This option provided by the support rep above does not work. I'm thinking of getting a new computer soon & will be in the same situation as the person above. The link provided doesn't help because the www.zumodrive.com page link referenced is dead/non-accessible/comes up unable to load in any browser. I have no way to download the app to my new computer nor can I access my files online. Seemingly, my files are syncing to a location that I cannot access. We were told when zumo went under that we would not be impacted that that & now we are. Can someone please help????? How do I get to the files that I've synced on the web???

Hi msmoe83,
Unfortunately, as the ZumoDrive Cloud based service is no longer available, the first part of the document that I have provide for installing the service will not work. Now to access your files that have already been synced to the drive, do you see an option available in the Explorer view, or the Web view?
If not, their is not much that can be done to retrieve the files that you do have stored on the ZumoDrive as it no longer exists. 😞
Best of Luck!
