A How to compresss Minidump files using 7-Zip
Download and install 7-Zip.
Browse to the path C:\WINDOWS\Minidump
Use the key combination CTRL + A to select all files in this folder.
Right-click any file from these highlighted files and choose from the context menu:
7-Zip -> Add to "Minidump.zip".
In this way all selected files has been compressed into one file named Minidump.

B How to compresss Minidump files using WinRar
Download and install WinRar.
Browse to the path C:\WINDOWS\Minidump
Use the key combination CTRL + A to select all files in this folder.
Right-click any file from these highlighted files and choose from the context menu:
Add to "Minidump.rar".
In this way all selected files has been compressed into one file named Minidump.

Go to Mediafire page and click ' Drag and drop files here to upload ' banner.
Drag and drop files into colored area.

Choose ' Begin Uploading Files '.
Select ' Go to My Files '.
Click the file which was uploaded.
Click ' Copy Link ' and paste it into your reply.
