Hello 🙂
I succesfully downgraded my laptop dv7-1040ew to windows XP, but system is loading very, very long.
It's becouse of BD ROM driver... If I disconnect BD ROM, system is loading very quickly.

My BD ROM is: Optiarc BD ROM BC-5500S ATA Device
{4d36e965-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}

I can't see my BD ROM on Device Menager on WinXP, but its working well on Win7 (I've both systems).

Can anyone help with this problem? What should I do?

www.dvxuser.ramjetfilms.com/-z-/dv4t_WinXPdrivers.rar this driver pack is a year & some old now, but it'll get you up. no BD, though.
