Goodmorning everyone
I too have the same problem on my Envy dv7-7397el.
I went on the HP page and downloaded the executable "SetupRST.exe", but when I run it, I said to the driver present (13.2.0.1022) is newer than what I am setting (12.9.0.1001)
I installed a Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250gb, but when i open Samsung Magician, over to tell me that AHCI mode is not active, it tells me that it is impossible to find information on the interface SATA. And if I go into "rapid mode" button enables not clickable. In fact, in the test the speed is very far from that shown by fliersrr!

OK, I updated the drivers to the RST version 14.8.0.1042, and updated Samsung Magician to version 4.9, now button "rapid mode" is ok!
