@Sario

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

To reset your laptop, you press the F11 key repeatedly, while rebooting, and if this work, the HP Recovery Manager will open, allowing you to reset the laptop.

But ... if that does not work, your only recourse is to order HP Recovery Manager.

But HP no longer stocks recovery media for the older Win7 PCs, so you have to check with these other locations:

http://www.computersurgeons.com/ and http://www.restoredisks.com/

Before using the media, read through this: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00006110

Good Luck
