HP Recommended

This pen is listed as USI compatible, yet, as the previous frustrated customer was noting, there is zero documentation on how to pair this pen with any device. It does not appear to have a bluetooth connection process, and my tablet that is USI II compliant does not see it in any way. I have fully charged the device, and it doesn't show up in anything. This support page feels like it is full of bots that lack any useful resources.
