Open Device Manager on your PC.

Uninstall your two IDE channels located under IDE controllers.

Reboot, let windows re install the IDE controllers and all should be good.

And everyone said its work, but i don't know how to do that!!

Please HELP!

Hello Mazinho.  I understand you're curious how to uninstall/reinstall your IDE controllers.

I assume that you're using Windows 8 based on your screenshot.  The steps should be similar for other versions of Windows as well.  Try the following.

  1. From either the Metro or Desktop views use the Windows+X key combination.  This opens the context menu.
  2. Select Device Manager.
  3. Expand the "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers" section.
  4. Right click on the "IDE Controller" listed here and select "Uninstall."  If prompted remove the driver only.
  5. Reboot the notebook.
  6. Upon loading Windows should reinstall the device software.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.  I hope you have an excellent afternoon! 🙂
