How do I enable pairing on my Probook 640?

The User Guide that came with the computer is useless, the on-line support says this model of computer does not exist and nothing comes up under "search all Programs" under start

Hello Massimilliano,

Welcome to the HP Forums!

I understand you are experiencing an issue with your notebook. However, since this is a commercial notebook, you should post your issue on the notebook board of the HP Enterprise Forums for a better answer.

Thank you and have a great day!

Mario

I worked on behalf of HP.

Thanks

I was having problems with WiFi, so I took it back under warranty and they replaced the wireless card. It turns out they changed it for one without Bluetooth. That is why I couldn't get it to go.
