Which laptop/BIOS are you looking for?

Please note if Windows is installed you, can just flash the BIOS under Windows.

Thanka for your quick answer, i m running on a situation when i can't access bios , onve i start up the laptop (hp envy 17t j-100) the screen stays black, the caps lock blinks continously and i can hear the fan, i tried to hard reset by golding the power button, tried to remove the cmos battery, tried ro recover with usb but when i do the proccess of holding win+b the usb light flas for 6 seconds and then it stops flashing and then the capslock blinks 2 times then stop then repeat the same, please help me . (sorry for my bad english)

What you mean by system ? It has windows 10 installed (hp envy 17t j-100) but i cant even access bios or bypass the post.

1. No it doesnt have.
2. The bios was corrupted once i change the boot order on uefi/bios

plug in the USB stick with the new BIOS

Power on the System and Push ESC

i cant even flash the new bios, when i do the process it gives me the double blink caps lock error

Are you sure the BIOS is actually the cause.

Is there a likely cause why you think your laptop died. (did you drop it; where you flashing the BIOS but did it get interrupted...)

If you are not sure the BIOS is the cause, first try these things:

First remove the battery and press the ON button for a while. Check whether this helps.

Secondly remove the RAM and only plug in reseat it. If you have 2 RAM bars, plug in only one of the 2 and if that doesn't help plug in the other one. Remove power plug and battery before doing so.

Side note: I also downloaded the sp66269.exe it indeed contains an .fd file but it says not a Phoenix\Dell\Insyde BIOS.

So I think this solution indeed doens't work for you. Sorry.

I am sure the bios ia coreupter, how do i apply the new bios on my laptop by usb recovery? I use the software to install the drive on my usb ,hold win and b key and power button at the same time and after 3 seconds i release them but the caps lock blinks 2 times stops 2 seconds and the same proccess repeats. What am i doing wrong ?
