Hi guys, I have buyed an Hp EliteBook Folio 9480m and now I see it has an password to access bios, can I recover it?

Yes, you can, no problem with that.  You will have to contact HP Business Support for assistance on removing the password.

Most business class notebooks (including yours Elitebook and Probook) have better security, they do not produce halt codes and assistance for pass removal cannot be provided in the forum. HP Business support should be able to send you a customised SMC.bin file and instructions which you can use  to reset the password. Assistance for such issues for business class computers is usually free of charge.
