For that model and ( i ) code you will need to contact HP in your region and they should be able to generate your master pass code from the System Disabled Code
When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.

There is NO other way.
The ( i ) code and the ( HEX ) code have NOT been reversed engineered YET.
So we here on the forum have NO way of providing you with your Master Pass Code.
The ONLY way at this time is to go to HP.
