I have the same update which have been installed. I don't know if they're the cause but ever since, my laptop has been incredibly slow and System and Service Host: Network Service tasks have really been thumping the CPU - as high as 50+% each on occasions.

According to Device Manager they are drivers for HP Application Enabling Services and HP Device Health Service respectively. I have no idea what either does or whether they're actually necessary to run the laptop. I'm going to investigate further and if they're just bloatware they'll be gone soon.
