My Laptop was connected to my WIFI and everything was ok. I left my laptop on for a few hours and when i came back to get on my WIFI did not work. It says that it can not identify the network and there is no internet access. I have tried almost everything i can find to try and fix this issue but nothing seems to work. I did a factory reset hoping that it would fix the issue but sadly it did not. I can use the hotspot on my phone to connect to the internet. when i run the troubleshooting program it says "The default gateway is not available". I use this laptop for work and i need to be able to connect to our WIFI. This is costing me money every day that i dont have access.

Hi @FoST_Anarchy,
Welcome to HP Forums! I have read your post and wanted to help.
I understand that your laptop cannot connect to the WiFi network, and even factory reset does not work. Please run component test to verify the wireless module: HP Notebook PCs - Testing for Hardware Failures (Windows 10, 😎
If the hardware test passed, follow this document for troubleshooting: HP PCs - Troubleshooting Wireless Network and Internet (Windows 10)
If the hardware test failed, the wireless module may need to be replaced.
Let me know how it goes.
