Must hit power button many times and f12 is red. HP15 eventually comes on but takes a long time.  I recently uploaded Microsoft 10

I got my new HP ENVY 15-3017tx Notebook PC yesterday. Used it for an hour and shut it down . Today when I press the on off button, it is not turning on. Only the amber light at the wireless button f12 is lighting up. What to do? Please help

malikkamrans did you find any solution for your problem? I think you should try hard reset power + beats button.

I am facing the same problem in my case my beats button is not functional:smileysad:

I visited a local laptop repair shop he told me that motherboard needs to be replaced! These so rubbish if a laptops battery drains you have to replace the compllete motherboard!!!:catmad:
