I cant dual boot kali linux in my pc

Sure you can. The following tutorial explains how it can be done. Your notebook is a UEFI version with a GPT format hard disk volume.

Just make sure that you have created a USB recovery media flash drive before you get started.

 

Use the HP Recovery Media creator to do that. It will tell you how much capacity the USB flash drive will need to be.

It is saying that if I install this then i might not be able to access the other operating system windows 10 WHICH IS INSTALLED ON BIOS

That is the strangest description of a Windows installation I have ever heard. 

 

It is not possible to " install Windows 10, or any other operating system for that matter, "on BIOS".

 

Try rephrasing what you are trying to say or asking someone else how it can be said.
