I don't know about recovery key. I have no any recovery key but laptop bit-locker require recovery key.

Bitlocker keys are unique to each and every PC, and HP has no records of the individual kays, so there is nothing we can provide you.

Since you apparently did not use the Bitlocker Management function to export your key, the following is all you can try at this point:

Modern Windows laptops often enable bitlocker automatically when they are initially set up and linked to a Microsoft account.   I don't believe bitlocker is enabled until the new laptop is linked to a MS account.  Sign into your MS account and go to "Devices" which will list that laptop as well as any other devices you have linked to your account.  Your HP Envy will be listed, below the name you will see a link "Details" click on it and you will see a box for bitlocker, click on that and you will see manage bitlocker passwords - your bitlocker key will be there.  The only time this should be an issue is if you are not the computer's administrator, such as a school/organization computer, or one previously set up by someone else.

Your comments repeat what the link I provided already told the poster.

 

IF they can no get the bitlocker key that way, there is no other way to do it.
