I recently bought an "HP Pavilion notebook PC 15-n245ee" and when I tried to download drivers online for my bluetooth driver I found that there is more than one driver, so I'd like to know which one to install.

Hi:
You are correct. The product specs page below indicates that your PC does not come with built in bluetooth.
http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04191399
If it did, it would be listed along with the 802.11b/g/n (1x1) wireless connectivity specification.
If your notebook has the Realtek RTL8188EE b/g wireless card, it definitely does not have built in bluetooth.

You're very welcome.
You can always purchase an external USB bluetooth adapter, or replace the Realtek wireless card with a combination wireless/bluetooth card listed in chapter 3 of the service manual for your model.
According to the manual (chapter 5), the wireless card can be replaced by the customer.
