I have ever forgot my Win 8 administrator password on HP mini laptop and locked out of computer. My boyfriend helped my regained access to my locked Win 8 HP mimi laptop by following this Video guide: How to Reset HP Mini Password?

Okay so I forgot my user account password and whenever I click on my user account, it'll say that its loading then it logs off in 2 secs. Someone please help, I just want to reset everything on the computer, I don't care for the personal files. Someone help please. Thanks
