Product: HP Envy m6-w03dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After system update machine never restarted. The system restore points are not working. I tried resetting to factory and keep files. This is not working. I need the recovery disc but i never created one. Help

Hi:

 

You can clean reinstall W10 by making your own plain W10 installation media using the Media Creation Tool at the link below.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

Then install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
