I have a new Pavilion x360 and overall I'm enjoying it. As an artist, I love having a touchscreen to draw on.
I recently got a capacitiance stylus which works, but I get 'hiccups' in my line drawing. When I drag my finger, I get a smooth line. When I drag my stylus at moderate pressure I get hiccups or gaps in my line without lifting the stylus. When I push harder, I get a solid line, but this is far less comfortable.
How can I increase the sensitivity of the touchscreen to get a better result? Are there any other non-capacitive styluses that would be better?

Hi JulieStudio,
I was looking up a resource to answer this and found a thread here that provides a solution:
Hope that helps!

Thank you for the reply, but that actually does not increase the sensitivity of the screen. That only effects the way the double click works (timing/area). I am looking to increase the sensitivity of the single click or click and hold.

Sorry -- misunderstood your first post.
I've read about a way you can do a registry change to "hack" touch sensitivity on touch-based Windows 8 devices, though this isn't something I've experimented with and it apparently dings your battery life.
You may be interested in giving it a shot: http://thenextweb.com/microsoft/2013/01/12/windows-rt-mod-boosts-touch-response-on-your-surface/
Again, it's not something that I've tried (and therefore really can't condone), but it seems like a popular tweak.
