Go to your dv7's support and driver page, and under the storage driver category, download and install the Realtek Card Reader driver.

If you have installed the bluetooth software and driver for the model wireless card in your notebook then unfortunately, I would not know what device that is.

What is the full model number of your G62, and what operating system?

That hardware ID decodes to a high definition audio controller on the Intel series 5 chipset, and the only time a person will normally see that device is if they installed Windows XP.

That driver is included in Windows Vista and Windows 7.
