I believe this is the driver for the first Hardware ID.  This driver should work for the second Hardware ID.

Hi Unathi,

I understand that you are having an issue with your Network Controller and PCI Device. I have included a link here for 'Obtaining Software and Drivers' to assist with the Network Controller. As well another document for the PCI Drivers “Device Manager Information in Windows 7'.

Now the best option that I would suggest, both of these documents have you download the drivers/software for these devices. I have included a link here 'Download drivers and software'. I would suggest to install the Chip set drivers first to see if this does resolve the issue.
