I have an HP Probook450 G1. I've had the same problem with blue screen and internal power error. Here is A solution. As soon as you login to your acct, go to task manager (right click at the menu bar at bottom anywhere) and kill all the amd processes and the catalyst ctrl. This will prevent the blue screen from popping up so you have time to do the next step. Go to settings- devices- device manager (all the way at the bottom). click on the display adapter and it will show you the amd  radeon hd 8600/8700M. Right click that and go to properties. Check the driver. My problem was that the driver date was 7/15/2015 and when I tried to update that driver it keeps saying that is the most current one (it is not.) Try to roll back to previous driver if you have that option. I got it to the previous driver which is dated 8/3/2015 and it works great. Now here is another problem that will occur. For whatever reasons, the driver will automatically switch back to the 7/15/2015 one that doesn't work. I have been working on trying to stop this from happening. Today, I tried to uninstall the driver and then scan for new hardware and chose a driver manually (not from the internet) and picked out the 8/3/2015 one. I hope this will stay without reverting to the broken driver. I don't know if this is AMD's fault or microsoft win10 but when I tried to update thru the AMD website directly they do list the 8/3/2015 as the latest version. This I hope will be more permanent until the updates start working again. GL

Here is a more permanent fix to keep the old driver from getting installed over and over again. Go to Device manager and click on properties for the AMD. Uninstall the old device driver. You will probably have to afterwards search for new hardware for the computer to find the AMD. Then MANUALLY install the proper 8/3/2015 device driver. You should see it from the options when you click on update driver. Do not use the online option because the 8/3/2015 along with the broken 7/15/2015 device drivers should be on your computer. Then if all is successful, when you check the properties of the AMD in device manager, you should see the 8/3/2015 device driver along with the option to roll back to previous driver either on or off. So far, this has been a permanent fix for me and Win10 is working great! GL

I faced the same issue today ( Sept,19th ) and finally I just restarted the PC pushing shift and F8 after reboot and entered into the start in safe mode menu point...the system did some auto error corrections and now is working fine... I did not unistall any drivers...
