Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15z-ds100 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My internal mic stopped working. It was working perfectly, but after I installed windows 11 it stopped. I have tried a handful of different fixes (driver updates, permissions access etc.) but nothing has worked. Best I can figure, the mic registers in the system as a speaker which bars it from audio input.

Can you see it on Input devices under Sound Settings ?

Yes, but shows as a speaker.
