HP Omen ax206na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I recently rebuilt my ax206na from scratch with a clean windows 10 install rather than using recovery media.

Is there a way to obtain the driver i need to allow the row of function keys to operate as volume controls etc.?  At the moment holding the fn key and using these does nothing.

I have already downloaded and installed all of the drivers availible on the support page.

Thanks!

Hi mr_frog, I suppose you already launched windows update to automatically find the driver you need... If this doesn't help, you may try to search on the web with the device id (device manager > double click on the device > details > hardware id > take note of the first line). Alternatively, you may use softwares like driverpack solutions, which will find the driver for you. Remember to restart each time you install a new driver. Good luck!
