HP Recommended

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for your 'Hard Reset' information as it sorted out my problem in seconds. I had tried to get help from HP to sort the problem but its like fort knox and no help unless you pay them money for a simple answer to a question, so again Thank you.... your a star! 🙂

HP Recommended

It can be switched off and on with one of the function keys. On my Revolve 810 it is F11 but you need to hold down the Fn button when you press it. The symbol on the key is three solid squares with brightness coming out of them.
