Product: HP 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The keyboard on the laptop will not work once windows starts and the login screen shows up. But it works in the BIOS settings and the other options you get by press esc. I have the same issue with a USB keyboard as well.

Hello @TheGamerXYZ
Welcome to the HP Support forum. Thank you for posting.
This is good news - kind of 🙂 This means it is not a hardware problem but a software problem with Windows.
Did the issue start recently / have you performed any upgrades or updates ?
Please, provide details about your PC - product model and product number (PN) >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108
Looking forward to your feedback/reply.
