I have recently bought an hp pavilion ab series laptop 5th gen i5 with 1tb harddisk n 2 gb graphic card and windows 8.1. MY LAPTOP MADE SCRATCHY SOUND WHEN I OPENED AN IMAGE AND THEN SUDDENLY GOT FREEZED, I TRIED TO OPEN THE TASK MANAGER USING SHORTCUT KEYS BUT IT DIDNT WORK AND I HAD TO RESTART IT USING THE POWER KEYS.
Why is this problem occuring, it is a brand new laptop with all the latest configuration? I am really worried.
Please help.
