But installs the driver back to create the error again.. Gonna try disabling it..

Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery version 6.3.9600.16384.   Thats the culprit so disable it and now working 🙂

Exactly where in Control Panel do I find the battery driver? I can't find anything that says "battery driver."

Solved 🙂  win 8.1  Well I just uninstalled the battery driver in control panel and it instantly started charging as normal.  haha

You can find it in "Device Manager" / View/Show "Hidden devices ".

Then it will appears. You may manage it from there.
