I ordered an Hp Envy 15t slim quad laptop. I guess its classified as "custom" but i just ordered it with the stock options. Anyways, i've been checking the order status for the past few days and it is stuck on processing. I've looked around and it seems as if a lot of other people are having this problem. Anybody have an answer please?

I grasp you ordered a stock HP Hp Envy 15t slim quad laptop from HP.com, after a few days whenever you check the status it still shows processing.
Please contact HP sales for clarification or an update on your order. Have your order number ready for them.

Yes. I ordered a HP Envy 750xt a week ago and delivery I was told was a month out (Oct. 24th). I just checked with HP and they said it is a "custom' build and it takes that long to get the computer built. Say what! It has standard parts like the mobo, cpu, gpu, hdd, etc. Hell I could have ordered the parts from TigerDirect or Newegg and built it myself over the weekend. If I don't get it in 2 weeks I will cancel the order.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post serial numbers and case details.
