once battery is removed below 50% for 2-3 hours. it discharges to 0%, but even then it works for almost 25-30 minutes.

after calibrating the battery, it takes time for battery to align to our normal mode of our daily use & usually by 2-3 discharge cycles all the things comes to the way we use the battery. So i think you've wait for some more time for the effect to be seen.
If not, you may have to contact HP in your region.
