I am not sure what is causing the problem. I had my old laptop send in for repairs and have the LCD screen replaced 2-3 times and the problem still persist. So, I have asked a replacement laptop and it was newly built. It still has the same issue.

I'm having this same problem on a Toshiba with AMD Radeon Graphics card; system restore and updates have not helped either.

Please let me know how to fix this!
