Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.

 

Automatically making the bootable USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool should have been all you needed to clean install W10.

 

There should not even have been a need to install any storage controller drivers.

 

You don't need to do that unless the PC has an Intel 11th generation core processor, and your notebook has an Intel 8th generation core processor.
