I hope someone can help me with this. I have made 3 ISO disks with bootable windows and set the bios to boot from disk and nothing works.
I have a black screen with a cmd window displaying this message:
please wait...
'C:\System.sav\ExitProc\DisableSB.cmd' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
[13:51:44.26] Current environment :
[13:51:44.26] OS : [WIN8]
[13:51:44.26] BIT : [64]
I don't know why it says win8 because I have win 10
And I also have a windows recovery window with 3 options.
When I try to hit retry, it just resets back in safe mode where I cannot do anything.
Save log
Details
Retry
Thank you

Hi @Lialika,
Thank you for showing your interest in the HP Forums,
I'd like to help 🙂
Let's try these steps here:
Perform a hard reset on the Notebook.
In most cases, you can exit Safe Mode by restarting your computer. When you have entered Safe Mode using Command Prompt, restarting your computer does not exit Safe Mode. If your computer is stuck in Safe Mode, use the following steps in the Exiting Safe Mode section of the Safe Mode document to return to normal operation.
If you require further assistance, could you please provide me with your Model Number (How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?) and Which Windows Operating Systems you are running.
I would also need you to elaborate a little more on what happened to put you in Safe Mode rather than "normal" mode.
Did you put your Notebook into Safe Mode via the Command Prompt?
Are you having an issue that you needed Safe Mode for?
Can you navigate the desktop on your Notebook in Safe Mode?
When you boot up the Notebook, does it give you an option to "Start Windows Normally"?
Alternate method:
Let the PC load into Safe Mode. Then hold down the Windows key and press R. Into the Run Box type msconfig and hit enter. In the System Configuration window, click the Boot tab and look to see if there is a tick in the box next to Safe boot - if there is, click the box to remove the tick and then click Apply to save the change. Restart the PC and see if it will boot normally.
Let me know if those steps worked for you.
If they did, that's awesome!
Give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,
that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Good Luck
