Looking for Laptop with 2 hard drive bays

I'm looking to replace my Pavilion dv7 with a new laptop.

Can anyone tell me which current models have 2 bays for hard drives, as this is what I currently have.
I dont want to swap out the optical drive.

Your best to contact HP Sales support to find what laptop would have what your looking for this is a hp user forum and such is international so no one can tell you what laptops are in your market there.

Well there are not any consumer models any more with dual 2.5 inch SATA hard drive bays. The last one would have been the Envy 17t-j100 series and you might still find some of those out there as new old stock. They were fitted with 4th generation Intel Core processors and we are now seeing 6th generation but these are still very capable machines. 

The current trend is to move to the smaller flash memory cards like M.2 SATA pr PCIe modules. They are much faster and smaller, even if more expensive. If I were buying a new laptop I would not invest money in one with just a mechanical hard drive or 2 mechanical hard drives. I might have a mechanical hard drive solely for storage but would not run the OS from one.

Thats really useful info.
I am looking to run the OS and apps from a SDD, but dont want to fill it up with storage of lots of big files, hence the second drive requirement.

With 2 TB laptop drives available now I would go for a model with a 256 or 512 gig M.2 ssd as the boot drive and then a 2 TB mechanical drive for storage. Hard for me to imagine that much storage being inadequate.
