Low Disk Space on HP_RECOVERY (D:) After Reinstalling Windows 7

HP Recommended

A while back I had a few issues with my computer. For example, I would close the lid and it would crash, the internet would not connect and sometimes when I turned on my computer, the keys weren't working. This issues were usually fixed if I turned it on and off as many times a necessary. A while back I reinstalled Windows 7 and I believe the back-up of everything got sent to the HP_RECOVERY ( 😧 ) file.

This it how it appears:

and the inside of the file:

If anybody has any idea of how to fix this issue, I would greatly appreciate it!
